Billing and Your Subscription
How the free trial works, how to change or cancel your plan, where your invoices are, and how the money-back guarantee works.
Steps
- Open Settings (the gear icon), then Subscriptions.
- Click "Manage or cancel plan". This opens Stripe's secure billing portal.
- In the portal, switch between monthly ($129/mo) and annual ($1,188/yr) billing, update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
Notes
- •The 7-day free trial starts when you add a card at checkout. Nothing is charged until day 8, and canceling before then costs nothing. The trial is once per person.
- •Canceling stops renewal: you keep full access until the end of your trial or billing period and are not charged again.
- •Your first subscription has a 30-day money-back guarantee: email support@yanno.ai within 30 days of your first charge for a full refund.
- •If a payment doesn't go through, a banner asks you to update your card; your access continues while Stripe retries.
