Managing Projects
View, rename, switch between, and delete your takeoff projects. Each project contains your uploaded drawing sheets and all associated takeoff measurements.
Steps
- Open your projects with the "Projects" button in the header (or the grid Workspace menu > Projects).
- Each project row shows its name, status, bid date, and notes. Click a row to open it.
- The row's three-dot menu offers Rename, Open Project, and Delete Project (with a confirmation).
- In the viewer, the project dropdown at the top of the left sidebar switches projects without leaving the takeoff screen.
- The header's "Search projects..." box finds and opens any project by name.
Notes
- •Projects are sorted by most recently modified.
- •"+ New Project" in the header starts a fresh project.
