Visibility Toggle

Show or hide individual takeoffs on the drawing without deleting them. Useful for reducing visual clutter while working on specific measurements.

Steps

1. In the Takeoffs tab (left sidebar), find the takeoff you want to hide.
2. Click the eye icon on the takeoff row.
3. The takeoff's measurements are hidden on the drawing but remain in your project.
4. Click the eye icon again to show them.

Notes

• •Hidden takeoffs are excluded from the PDF export and from on-plan legends, but they are still included in the Excel export and in sidebar totals.
• •You can toggle a folder's takeoffs at once with the eye icon on the folder header. Grouped rows inside Auto Takeoffs (such as Rooms) have their own eye icon.
• •Hidden takeoffs can't be box-selected on the canvas.
